摘要
研究了可接枝氯丁橡胶(CR)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的接枝共聚反应,讨论了溶剂种类、CR种类、反应时间、温度对接枝共聚性能的影响.实验证明该胶粘剂固含量高,粘接强度大,对PVC人造革等材料具有良好的初粘和终粘强度.
The graft copolymerization of chlorobutadiene rubber with methyl methacrylate was studied and the effects of the solvents, chlorobutadiene rubber,reaction time,temprature on graft copolymerization properties were discussed.Experiments show that the adhesive has high solid level and great cohesive and it also has initial and final cohesive strength on such substances as PVC leatherette.
