摘要
首次制备了 2种脂肪酸标记物 99m Tc- MAMA- UA和 99m Tc N- MAMA- UA,放化纯均大于 90 % .对标记物进行了小鼠的生物分布实验 ,结果表明二者都有一定的心肌摄取 ;99m Tc-MAMA- UA的心肌初始摄取要大于 99m Tc- MAMA- HA.这说明碳链的适当增长会改变 99m Tc-MAMA- FA(fatty acid)的生物分布 .
mTc-MAMA-UA and 99mTcN-MAMA-UA are prepared respectively with labeling yield all above 90%. The biodistribution in mice indicates that they all show appropriate uptake in heart and the heart upt ake of 99mTc-MAMA-UA is better than that of 99mTc-MAMA-HA. From the result of biodistribution, it is shown obviously that the length of ca rbon chain affects the biodistribution behavior of 99mTc-MAMA-FA(fat ty acid).
