摘要
简要介绍了磁力端面密封的工作原理,研究了这种密封的设计要点及关键材料的性能要求。在试验器上进行了性能、耐久性及寿命试验。试验结果表明,磁力端面密封具有密封性能优异、寿命长等优点,基本能够满足某型发动机研制的需要。
Principle of magnetic seal is introduced. The design of seal and the performance of materials are discussed in this paper. The rig testing results have showed that the magnetic seal has advantages of excellent performance and long life which can meet the needs for typical engine development.
