摘要
介绍一种基于XML和Agent联邦的工作流建模方法 ,目的在于建立分布式环境下灵活的、动态的工作流管理过程 该方法将工作流管理系统组织成一个可能嵌套的Agent联邦 ,将工作流定义为一个由Agent联邦协同完成的活动的集合 面向活动分担的联合意向是Agent进行工作流规划的依据与手段 ,它成功地解决了工作流过程分解的静态性与工作流过程运行的动态性之间的矛盾 文中方法采用的过程建模语言是建立在XML的基础上的 ,与传统的过程建模语言相比 ,它具有更强的可操作性与可扩展性
Aiming at realizing flexible and dynamic workflow management in the distributed environment, we organize the workflow management system as a possibly nested Agent federation, and define the workflow as a set of activities achieved by Agents federation cooperated with each other. Workflow process planning is carried out based on the collaborative intention of Agents to execute activities with joint efforts. Such an approach successfully merges the static workflow process decomposition with its dynamics running. Moreover, using XML as the workflow modeling language makes it more operable and extensible than traditional ways. This paper also introduces the workflow modeling environment and the steps to model a workflow process.
