摘要
针对联合制碱的工艺过程,对不同工段建立了不同的控制模型。采用软测量技术、神经网络控制技术和模糊控制技术相结合的控制策略,通过合理优化与反演计算不同控制量的给定值,使得各工艺参数达到设定指标,实现了以生产为目标的复杂工业过程给定值优化的自动控制,达到了降低生产成本的效果。
The different control modules for every part of the process of the synthetic ammonia decarbornization is discussed in this paper. Some control tactics, combining the softer sensor technology and neural network control with the fuzzy control technology. are adofted , and the different given values of the control variable parameters are obtained by calculating. The result proves it to be a good method to reduce the cost of the production.
