摘要
技术联盟是指两个或多个企业之间为了实现一定的战略目的,在一定时期内进行的一种技术合作安排,是本世纪中期以来,企业发展的一种新现象。本文主要对美、日企业技术联盟的成功经验进行比较,同时又对我国技术联盟存在的问题进行披露,通过对美日企业技术联盟成功经验的比较,分析其对我国企业技术联盟的启示作用。
This article compares the successful experience of technological incorporation in America and Japan.From this comparison,the problems of Chinese technological incorporation are disposed.Then the inspirations from the experience in America and Japan are provided.
