对YAG激光倍频用的几种晶体的评价

摘要 本文提供在已知基波光束性能的情况下、如何选择合适的倍频晶体,以及相应的相位匹配方式。报导了用常见的非线性晶体LiIO_3,KDP和Mg:LiNbO_3分别作了一类角度,二类角度和温度相位匹配的实验,文中作了详细的理论计算,讨论了实验结果,最后对三种晶体作了评价,指出它们适用的范围。 This article shows how to choose the double frequency crystal in the properties of basic wave beam provided and how to choose the suitable ways of phase match. The experiments with ordinary non-direct crystals LiIO3 KDP and Mg:LiNbO3 the first kind angle match, the second angle match and temperature match were made. The detail theory calculations were made. The experiment results and emerging problems were discussed. Finally, the three crystals were evaluated and their availa ble range were pointed.
