摘要
本研究在进行贵州半细毛羊横交固定试验的同时,深入系统地开展了理想型横交公羊的选择、培育与使用,组建品系及其繁育初探,对非理想型羊的改造选育,南部养羊新区较高营养条件下的培育试验,主要性状遗传参数及种公羊育种值的估计,羊群各父本半细毛羊品种血缘成分含量分析等试验研究。目前所选优良种群体型中等、适应性强、遗传性稳定、羊毛品质良好、平均生产性能已达到或超过育种指标要求。为进一步选育提高、扩大数量、育成新品种奠定了坚实的基础。
It has been done systematically during 10-year inbreeding of Guizhou Semifine Wool Sheep about how to select, breed and use the ideal type of inbred ram, to set up and breed a polygenesic line with systematic breeding, to improve and breed the unideal sheep, to do a breeding experiment under a higher level of nutrient condition in the nem place for raising sheep in the south of Guizhou, to estimate the main genetic parameters (heritability, repeatability and genetic correlation) and complex) breeding value, to analyse the blood content of each male rarent (Corriedale, Romney and Lincoln). Now the main characteristics of the good variety population are as follows: blood content,Corriedale 69.3% ,Lincoln 7.85%,Romney 5.55%; mean produtivities (over four teeth ewes, n = 603), live weight after shearing 39.88kg,fleece weight 3.78kg clean content (n = 101) 61.26%, staple length 10.84cm, fineness (n = 71) 28.41μ, (quality number 56),lambing percentage 107.38%.
