摘要
本文分析了贵州189份小麦品种的蛋白质含量及其与农艺性状相关性后指出:(1)来源于省内不同生态区的小麦品种在贵阳种植,品种间蛋白质含量差异不显著;但地方品种的蛋白质含量极显著(t=4.50)地高于育成品种。(2)以穗粒数少、千粒重低的品种蛋白质含量较高,但相关性不显著。高杆、短穗类型小麦品种的蛋白质含量极显著(t_1=4.55、t_2=4.76)地高于其他类型。(3)所分析的材料中,熟性间蛋白质含量均值间差异不显著;白粒小麦的蛋白质含量高于红粒小麦。
The protein levels and its relations 'with the agronomical characters of 149 wheat varieties in Guizhou were analysed.The results showed, ( 1 )The difference of protein levels among varieties, introduced from different ecological areas of Guizhou was not significant as them planted in Guiyang. However, the protein levels of local varieties were remarkablely higher than those of the bred ones. ( 2 ) Those varieties with less kernel-per-spike and lower weight-1000-kernel had higher protein contents, but no significant correlation between them.(3)In the above analysed materials, no significant difference between ripeness characters and average levels of protein was observed. The protein levels of the white-kernel was higher than that of red-kernel varieties.
