摘要
本试验对间作大豆的几个主要农艺性状的遗传力和遗传进度进行了估算,结果表明广义遗传力的大小次序为:开花期>主茎节数>株高>有效分枝数>百粒重>全生育期>小区产链>单株荚数>单株粒数>单株秕荚数>单株粒重。 有效分枝数、开花期、株高、主茎节数、单株粒数的遗传变异系数较大(G.C.V为44.60~24.97%),全生育期和单株粒重较小(G.C.V分别为4.52%和6.59%)。株高、主茎节数和单株有效分枝数等主要经济性状的遗传力较高,遗传变异程度和遗传进度都较大。因此,从这些群体中进行选择和利用,其选择潜力大,选择有效,可望获得较大的遗传进展。
An attempt was made to estimates heritability and genetic gain of main agronomic characters of soybean (G.max) under sowing with maize.The results showed that order of broad heritability was blooming days, number of nodes in main stem, plant height,number of branches, 100 seeds weight, days of growth, seed yield per plot, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, number of blind pods per plant, seed weight per plant. There was greater genetic coefficient of variation for number of branches, blooming days, plant height, number of nodes in main stem, number of seeds pen plant (G.C.V for 44.60-24.97%) .And there was less G.C.V for days of growth, seed weight per plant (G>C>V for 4.52% and 6.59%, respectively). As higher heritability for mail economic characters gene plant height,number of nods in main stem and number of branches et al, a greater gene tic coefficient of variation and genentic gain existed in them. Therefore, selecting gene and using these characters from soybean population, a better potenial capacity and effect of selection would be expected to get, as well as for more obvious hereditary progress.
