摘要
人才培养计划是高等学校培养专门人才的蓝图和组织教学过程的依据 ,是高等学校全面贯彻党和国家的教育方针、全面提高教学质量的重要保证。因此 ,各高校都把制定高质量的人才培养计划作为一项重要工作。本文以四所重点大学 (重庆大学、武汉大学、上海交通大学、北方交通大学 )为例 ,对电气工程及其自动化专业的培养计划进行对比分析 ,以揭示本专业培养计划的共性和存在的问题 ,并对如何解决这些问题提出了几点建议。
Undergraduate programs are blueprints in cultivating special persons with abilities and bases in organizing teaching process in universitites, are important guarantees in totally carrying out educational policies of the Chinese Communist Party and our country. So all uniersities regard framing high quality undergraduate programs an important task. This paper analyzes the undergraduate programs of electrical engineering and automation of four state key universities, points out the common characterisitcs and problems, then puts forward some suggestions.
