摘要
建设高素质的教师队伍是高等学校贯彻落实"三个代表"的必然要求。建设高素质的教师队伍,关键要增强教师的政治素质,培养优良师德教风,改善知识结构,提高教师队伍的综合适应能力。
Building a high quality faculty is an inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to practise the 'Three Represents' theory. In order to build a high quality faculty, teachers' political quality should be strengthened, excellent vocational ethics and teaching style should be fostered, knowledge structure should be improved and the comprehensive adaptability of the faculty should be improved.
