摘要
传统的氟盐体系熔盐电解法生产稀土金属工艺由于受到多种因素影响,生产的单一稀土金属产品相对纯度(RE/IRE)一般在99%~99.9%,稀土总量(TRE)一般在99.8%以下。本工艺试验通过对所用的原材料和工艺条件等因素进行相应的控制,成功地生产出了高纯度(La/TRE>99.99%,TRE>99.8%)的金属镧产品。
The conventional fluoride fused-salt electrolysis process can produce rare earth metals with purity of 99% -99.9% , and REO with sub-99.8 % affected by lots of factors. With controlling all factors such as raw materials and process conditions, high-purity La-metals and REO are produced in this experiment.
