摘要
中孔二氧化硅分子筛作为一种新型无机材料,因具有大的比表面积(大于1000m2/g),在用作催化剂载体等诸多方面已得到广泛的应用。本工作中,利用在常温、常压下合成的中孔二氧化硅作载体制备了银系抗菌剂,其孔隙率达到63.8%。通过抑菌环、灭菌率、耐水性和重复使用性能实验,证实了该无机抗菌剂载体具有良好的吸附性(载银量达到30%)和较好的灭菌效果(灭菌率在96%)以上,并且耐水性好,水中浸渍96h后仍然有99.9%以上的灭菌率;其缓释稳定,在重复使用3次后仍有75%的灭菌率。
As a kind of novel inorganic material, mesoporous SiO2 molecular sieve with vast specific surface (>1 000 m2/g) is used wildly as shapeselective catalyst, catalyst carrier and micro vessel to prepare semiconductors clusters or nanocomposites with special optical and electronic properties or in water pollution treatment etc.In this work, the mesoporous SO2 synthesized under normal temperature and air pressure is used as the carrier of Agcarrying inorganic antibacterial for the first time. The effect and durability of the products are characterized by experiments, namely, bactericidal ratio, 'halo', water enduring and repetition .The results show the antibacterial advantages. The opening rate of the material is as high as 63.8%, which promised decent absorption ability. Ag content is higher than 30% in the product and its antibacterial rate higher than 96%. The water durability is outstanding as there is still a antibacterial rate of 99.9% and 75% after it being kept in water for 96 h and being used repeatedly for thrre times,respectively.
