摘要
阐述了双丝窄间隙埋弧焊的特点及其国产焊接设备的性能 ,选择专用焊接材料进行低合金钢窄间隙埋弧焊工艺的评定试验 ,结果表明焊接接头具有良好的综合力学性能。在此基础上 ,将其用于十多台厚壁容器环缝的焊接 。
The feature of double-wire narrow gap SAW and the performance of domestic equipment were discussed. Procedure qualifications of the narrow-gap SAW on low alloy steels with special welding consumables were carried out. The results showed those joints had good complex mechanical properties. This technology had been applied in welding of circular seams of several thick-wall pressure vessels. The test results of product could completely satisfy the requirements of code and design.
