摘要
研究支承在挤压油膜阻尼器上的单盘转子系统的碰磨故障的分叉响应特性。详细分析系统各参数对系统非线性响应特性的影响。发现系统参数具有很强的耦合特性 ,这种特性使系统响应呈现更加复杂的运动状态。转速比对系统响应的影响很大 ,但系统如果保持在一定的转速比区间内 ,系统依然可以保持稳定的周期状态。不平衡参数对系统响应的影响较大 ,而挤压油膜阻尼器对系统有很好的减振作用 ,尤其是在高转速区效果更加明显。取较大的碰磨摩擦因数 ,可以使系统响应处于周期响应区。
It is analyzed the bifurcation response characteristics caused by the touch-rubbing fault of a single disk rotor system supported on squeeze film dampers. It was found that the coupling influence of system parameters is very strong and this coupling influence makes the system's responses more complicate. Rotating speed has the largest influence, but the response could still be periodic if the rotating speed is in a certain range. Unbalance parameter has also large influence on system's response. Squeeze film damper has a good effect on reducing system's vibration, especially in high speed range. Larger friction coefficient during the touch-rubbing will keep the response in the periodic response range.
