摘要
从贵州凤岗县产的冬凌草中分离到三个对映—贝壳杉烯型二萜化合物,均系螺断贝壳杉烯型,且C_6—C_(19)之间都含γ—内酯环。本文对这三个化合物以及它们的五个衍生物的氢谱数据,进行了归纳、总结和讨论。
Three spirocecokauren diterpenoids were isolated from Rabdosia rubescens(Hems1.)Hara collected in Fenggang, Guizhou. They areent-kauren type diterpenoids possessing a γ-lactone ring between C_6-C_19, while all the other known type diterpenoids isolated from Rabdosia species are not γ-lactone ring between C_6-C_19. This paper summarizes HNMR parameters of the diterpenoids of this type, including their five derivatives. The regularities of the main proton signals are also discussed in the paper.
