摘要
在光固化立体造型技术中 ,激光的扫描方式及扫描策略对原型的精度影响很大 ,而原型精度的丧失主要表现在由层间收缩力所引起的翘曲变形。深入研究了激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间距等因素对固化深度、固化线宽的影响 。
The curl distortion is dominated by laser scanning vector and scanning strategy to a great extent and it is a key factor leading to the loss of part accuracy in SL process. Based on the study of the affections on cure depth and cure width by the power of laser, scanning velocity and scanning gap,in this paper an improved bi-exposal method is realized to minimize the curl distortion.
