摘要
企业家的内涵应同时从生产性和交易性两个角度 ,通过经营型人力资本加以阐释。企业家是拥有经营型人力资本并实现了企业长远发展与个人利益有效结合的人 ,是经营者中的成功者。企业家的生成依赖于政治法律、社会文化、经济管理、市场运行、教育培训等宏观机制和筛选、激励与约束等微观机制。
The meaning of entrepreneurs should be interpreted in terms of operational human capital and from the perspectives of production and transaction simultaneously. Entrepreneurs are winners in operation who have operational human capital and w ho effectively combine the long-term development of firms and their personal int erests. The development of entrepreneurs relies on macro-mechanism of politics a nd law, society and culture, economy and administration, market operation, and e ducation and training, and micro-mechanism of selection, impetus and constraint.
