血管连续切片图象的计算机三维重建 被引量:3

摘要 为实现血管的三维重建 ,先将原 R.G.B.模式转化为灰度模式 ,通过计算机辅助用半色调技术将灰度图象二值化 ,并进行轮廓提取 ,提取已取出的轮廓图象的黑点坐标值 ,再对半径进行搜索 ,同时记录中轴线与切片交点 ,利用有理参数逐点生成算法进行曲线合成。结果表明 ,与该法的传统多项式拟合图形相比 ,此法可表示的曲线类型更加广泛。另外 ,该法只用到整数加减法 ,因而此法较多项式拟合更精确、更有效。 To realize 3 dimensional rebuilding of vessel sequential,first,transform R.G.B.mode to grey scale mode,utilize intermediate tone to two-value grey scale figure,process to distill lineament,pick up the distilled macula graph numerical value of lineament figures,then search for ridii,memorize the intersection of mean axis and the slice-up,utilize rational parameter point-by-point generating arithmetic to compose curve.Compared to the traditional multinomial expression fitting figures,it's wider to show curve series.In addition,tis method only use integer addition-subtration,so it's preciser and more efficient than multinomial expression fitting.
