摘要
为了准确地描述单拖网渔船的避碰行为,改善和提高广大渔船驾驶员的避碰技术,保证海上渔船的生产作业安全,笔者对于在互见中单拖网渔船之间的避碰实况进行了统计研究,并对其避碰行为提出了参考性建议。
In order to describe the action of collision avoidance of single-trawling vessel and improve the maneuvering skill of crew and ensure the working safety of fishing vessels,authors analyze and study with statistical method the true actions of collision avoidance of trawling vessels insight of one another,and present suggestions for the action to avoid collision?
