摘要
巴斯德毕赤酵母分泌表达载体 p PICINU是利用来源于克鲁维酵母 ( Kluyveromycesmarxianus)的菊粉酶基因信号肽 DNA序列 ( ISP)构建的。表达实验结果表明 ,带有分泌表达载体 p PICINU的β-1 ,3 -1 ,4葡聚糖酶基因重组菌 ,具有与带有表达载体 p PIC 9K (带有α因子信号肽 )的β-1 ,3 -1 。
The secreting expression vector, pPICINU containing inulinase signal peptide(ISP) from Kluyveromyces smarxianu , of Pichia pastoris was constructed. The expression results showed that the secretion efficiency of the beta1,31,4 glucanase of recombinant P. pastoris containing pPICINU was as high as that of recombinant P. pastoris harboring pPICI9K carrying αfactor prepro peptide.
