摘要
从细胞学的角度 ,对比了短光低温不育水稻宜DS不育和可育材料的花粉发育过程。结果得到 ,短光低温不育水稻宜DS在减数分裂期和单核花粉期均出现异常现象 ,但花粉败育主要发生在单核花粉期 ,属于典败类型 ;同时不育宜DS花粉败育过程中的异常表现常伴随着花药绒毡层细胞的异常活动 ,绒毡层细胞出现提前解体现象 ,认为不育宜DS的花粉败育可能与绒毡层细胞的异常密切相关。
Cytological studies were conducted on the pollen abortion of Yi DS, a photoperiod and thermo sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) rice with its sterility induced by short daylength and low temperature. The results showed that there were some abnormal phenomena in sterile plants during meiosis and monokaryotic stage, but the pollen abortion occurred mainly at monokaryotic stage. The mature pollens of Yi DS were irregular and empty. In addition, the abnormal alternations in the process of pollen abortion often followed the abnormal behaviors of tapetum with tapetal cells degenerated in advance. Therefore, the pollen abortion of Yi DS is thought to be possibly related to the abnormal behaviors of tapetum.
