摘要
在概述项目、项目管理、基建程序、设计程序的基础上 ,探讨了现代设计院的工程设计项目组织、项目管理的质量控制、造价控制、进度控制、条件管理 ,以及设计院提高项目管理水平的途径。
On the basis of describing the project, the project management, the capital construction procedures and design procedures, the organization of engineering design project of modern designing institute, the quality control of project management, control of construction cost, progress control, condition management, and the approaches for heightening the project management level of modern designing institute were explored.
