摘要
从经营思想、经营机制、管理体制、管理水平和科技开发等方面分析了现行森工企业存在的问题 ,提出了全面加深对森林资源的认识 ,强化经营、管理水平等改革措施。
The problems existing in forest industries are analyzed from the aspects of management ideas,management mechanism,management systems,management levels,science development and reformation.On the basis of this,the measures to solve these problems are presented.
