摘要
发展是人类的永恒主题。马克思主义执政党的本质在于解放和发展社会生产力 ,以实现全体人民的共同富裕。党的十六大为我们绘制了振奋人心的全面建设小康社会的发展蓝图 ,实现这一宏伟蓝图 ,必须实施科教兴国的战略 ,为实现小康目标培养数以千万计的各类人才。
Developing is an eternal topic of hu man. The essence of the governor p arty of Marxism is to liberate and develop the productivity in order to make all the people get rich together.The 16th National Congress of the Party depicted a developing blueprint on building a fairly well-off society.To realize the bluep rint,we must implement the strategy of developing the country by relyi ng on scie nce and education,and foster thousands of talented persons for the goa l of building a fairly well-off society.
