摘要
从一般性环境、竞争状况、方法论等三个角度简要总结和综合评价了以往对企业战略环境的研究方法 ,提出在动态环境下企业战略环境分析的方法 ,该方法通过机会分析、机会试错、战略转换等 ,在认知、学习和行为过程中减小企业面临动态环境下的不确定性。
From aspects of the general environment, competition situation, and methodology, this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the analysis of the Environment of Corporate Strategy (ECS), and puts forth some opinions on them. The paper also presents a research method of ECS in the rapidly changing and dynamic environment. The method can reduce the uncertainty of the environment through processes of cognition, learning and action that include the chance analysis, chance trial-and-error procedure, and strategic transformation.
