摘要
运用精密锁相放大器对一些稳压二极管的噪声特性进行了全面测试,解释了实际使用中发现噪声与生产厂提供的噪声指标不符的事实,为用户正确使用稳压二极管提供了依据。
This paper is concerned with appling Lock-in amplifier to measure the noise charactenistics of the voltage stabilizing diode. In experiment the fact was found that the noise parameter didn't correspond with the one offered by the factory. It's halpful for usr to use the voltage stabilizing diode properly.
