摘要
素质教育是一种新的教育观念,而不是一种教育模式。在素质教育中,必须正确处理素质教育与专业教育、业务素质与其他素质、个体因素与群体因素、自律与他律等关系,才能培养出全面发展的高素质人才。
Quality education is a new education concept,not an education mode. In quality education,the relationships between quality and professional education,professional and other qualities,individual and collective factors,discipline and self-discipline,should be appropriately handled in order to foster overall developed high-quality personnel.
