摘要
证券公司作为资本市场中最重要、最具影响力的中介机构,其生存状况和发展程度直接影响到资本市场的健全和发展。在我国,随着资本市场对外开放的扩大和加速,证券公司如何生存、如何发展的问题摆在了人们的面前。本文从多个层面探讨了我国证券公司面临的困境、发展策略和发展取向。
Security companies are the most important and influential int er mediary in the capital market. Their living status and the stage of development directly affect the maturity and development of the capital market. In China, al ong with the expansion and speedup of the opening to abroad, the issue of how to make a living and how to develop for the security companies begins to confront the people. The paper explores the dilemma, the developing strategy and the deve loping orientation faced by our countries' security companies.
