摘要
以淮安市农村地域状况为背景,从人口可持续发展、生态环境可持续支撑、农业自然资源的可持续利用、推广实施生态农业等四个层面,探讨淮安市农村经济可持续发展的主要临界值问题,为制定政策和规划提供参考。
This paper taking Huaian's rural zero conditions as background, from four angles population's sustainable development, ecology circumstance's sustainable maintenancem, agriculture natural resource's sustainable use and realizing eco-agriculture, discusses the main threshold of rural economy's sustainable development in Huaian city. The main purpose of this paper is to serve as a reference to make policies for those leaders and experts who are engaged in the work of rural economy of Huaian.
