摘要
通过实验室静态净化实验,研究了空心莲子草在含Zn2+培养液中对Zn2+的净化效率和叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化.实验结果表明,空心莲子草对含Zn2+废水有较强的净化能力,其富集量为根茎多于叶.随着植株含Zn2+量的升高,CAT活性下降,MDA含量升高.
This paper studied the purifying efficiency of Alternanthera Philoxeroides and the activity of CAT,MDA contents in nutrition solution containing Zn 2+ through static test of laboratory experiment.The results showed that Alternanthera Philoxeroides had high purification ability in Zn 2+ polluted water.Accumulation of Zn i n roots and stems is higher than that i n leaves.With the rise of contents of Zn 2+ the activity of CAT in leaves ascended,while MDA contents descended.
