摘要
膜荚黄芪花药壁的发育属单子叶型,腺质绒毡层,单核.小孢子母细胞减数分裂为同时型,小孢子四分体为四面体型,二细胞花粉;弯生胚珠,双珠被,厚珠心.大孢子四分体直线排列,合点端第一个大孢子有功能.蓼型胚囊;受精作用属有丝分裂前配子融合类型;核型胚乳,具胚乳吸器.胚的发育为柳叶菜型,具发达的胚柄.
This paper describes the microsporo genesis and development of the male g ametophyte,megasporogenesis and development o f the female gametophyte,the double fertilization and development of the embryo and endosp erm in Astragalus membranaceus(Ficsh)Bunge.The main results are as follows:Anther wall d evelopment follows the monocotyled onous type,with glandular tapetum,cytokinesis at meiosis of microspore mother cells is simultaneous types,its tetrads are tetrahedral,and mature pollen grains are tow -celled;The ovule is bilegminous,crassinucellate and campylotropous;the magespore l inear tetrad,and the first megaspore towards the chalazal -near end are functional megaspore.T he development of embryo sac conform s to the polygonum type.The double fertilization belo ngs to the premitotic type of syngamy .The development of embryo is the onagrad type,while the endosperm development follows as th e nuclear type,of which the chalazal -near end develop s into haustorium.
