摘要
本文讨论了大功率固体激光器谐振腔的设计原则,指出通常的厚透镜等效方法的局限性,从而给出用光束参数自洽方法设计谐振腔的理论。分析了类透镜介质腔光束参数的热动态特性,提出一种新的大功率宽域热稳腔。
This paper discusses the principle of designing resonator for high power solid-state laser. The limitation of method of general thick-lens equivalence is shown, and a theory of designing resonator by using selfconsistent method of beam parameters is given. Dynamic characteristics of beam parameters of resonators with lenslike medium is analysed, and in high power situation, a new type resonator with thermal stability in wide range input power is presented.
