摘要
论述了计算机技术与科技期刊的关系 ,着重叙述了计算机技术在科技期刊管理中的应用。开发并应用的管理软件 ,不但简化了科技期刊的编辑和管理工作 ,而且使科技期刊的编辑从时间和精力上更加对论文进行规范化的研究 ,将科技期刊办成精品 ,更好的发挥科技期刊科技情报的作用。
The relation between computer technology and scientific periodicals is introduced, put the stress on the application of computer technology in the management of scientific periodicals. Developing and applying management software can not only simplify the edition and management of scientific periodicals, but make it possible for editors to have more time and energy to study the standardization of papers so as to improve the quality of scientific periodicals and their role as the source of scientific information as well.
