摘要
实验制作了小鼠耳浅Ⅱ烫伤创面模型,并动态观察了用15~17℃自来水冷疗后创面的变化,测量了耳廓的厚度,并作组织学检查和渗出期局部肥大细胞计数。结果:冷疗时疼痛减轻,冷疗后局部病理变化减轻,肥大细胞数量稳定,创面愈合时间缩短。
Put the mouse ear into 50-55℃ tap water for 5 seconds to make the model of scald burn Ⅱ° of mouse ear. Putting the mouse ear into 15-17℃ tap water for 5 minutes immediately or 5 minutes later after scald burn. Thereafter, careful observations carried on grossly and microscopically about the differences of the physiopathological changes between these two groups. The advantages of the cold water treatment are:1.The effect for relieving pain was good; 2.Less physiopathological changes happened; 3.The wounds healed quickly; 4. The mast cells were relatively stable.
