摘要
本文观测了40例7个月以上胎儿的肾上腺血管以及膈下动脉、肾动脉和左肾静脉,讨论了肾上腺移植时吻合血管的选择问题,提出以左肾动、静脉作为胎儿肾上腺移植的吻合血管。
Anatomical observations of the adrenal vessels, the inferior phrenic and renal arteries, and the left renal vein were made in 40 fresh fetal cadavers aged over 7 months. Seeing that (1) the left adrenal vein drained into the left renal vein in a single trunk in all the cases; (2) the external diameter of the left renal vein and its length from the inferior vena cava to the draining point of the left adrenal vein were 2.84±0.58 and 7.66±2.53mm (mean±SD), respectively; (3) one to five left inferior adrenal arteries (moan 2) were found and their detected rate was 98.80%, 93.98% of which were derived from the left renal artery, only 1.20%, from the left accessary renal arteries and 4.82% from the abdominal aorta; (4) the external diameter of the left renal artery and its length from its root to the deriving point of the left inferior adrenal arteries were 1.56±0,36mm(mean±SD) and 6-7mm,respectively. We suggest that the left renal-inferior adrenal vessels might be used as vascular pedicles of the transplaned fetal left adrenal gland.
