摘要
本文用立体学定量分析镉中毒小鼠肝细胞核、线粒体、脂滴的变化,计算其比表面,体密度、数密度等细胞相对结构参数,发现肝细胞核及线粒体的平均体积(V)、表面积(S)均显著缩小,高剂量组的V、S与正常对照组有高度显著性差异(P<0.01);脂滴的V、S则明显增大。
The quantitative analyses of mice's hepatocytes poisoned by cadmium were made in a method of stereology, the volume density,the specific surface and the numerical density have been calculated. The results showed that the mean volume (V) and the mean surface area (S) of the nuclei and those of the mitochondria were contracted, and the fat drips increased not only in the mean volume but also in the mean surface area in the toxic group compared with the normal control group. There was a significant difference statistically in V and S of the ones between the toxic and control groups.
