摘要
通过对参加第 4届城市运动会 (1999.西安 )男、女标枪比赛运动员 2 5人次投掷步技术现场摄像的解析 ,并与世界优秀运动员投掷步有关环节运动学参数变化的对比分析发现 ,我国男子标枪运动员投掷步第 1、第 2步躯干后倾角过大 ,第 2～第 3步躯干后倾角则相对较小 ,以至交叉步的动作幅度受到影响 ,女子标枪运动员交叉步存在下肢前移幅度不够 ;投掷步第 4步左膝弯屈程度较大 ,左侧支撑无力是我国优秀标枪运动员该技术环节的共性特征。
Through film analysis, the kinematics of 25 male a nd female javelin throwers at the finals of 4th city games is compared with that o f world top javelin throwers. The result shows that our male javelin throwers ma ke the first and second step with an excessively gradient, which causes a relati ve small variation of gradient in the second to third step. Our female javelin t hrowers are insufficient lower limbs forward movement. Both male and female thro wers have the same problem that their knee bend excessively in the fourth step, thus there is not enough support to the left side of body.
