摘要
分析了AHP方法的特点 ,提出了可以克服其缺陷的基于因果分析的修正AHP方法 ,并将其运用于篮球运动员选材指标体系的确定和评估之中。
After analyzing the characteristics of analytical hi erarchy process method, the author put forwards a revised AHP method based on re ason-result analysis, and apply it in the establishment and evaluation of talent selection target system of basketball players.
