摘要
针对目前高师体育专业田径普修课教学效果出现滑坡的现象 ,分析与探讨影响田径课运动技能教学效果的因素。结果表明 :学生自我练习能力差、身体素质差和课余自主练习时间不够、练习条件不保证、学时少等因素程度不同地影响着田径课教学效果。提出有关提高高师体育专业田径普修课教学效果的具体措施。
on account of the landsliping phenomenon of teaching result in generally optionnal track and field course for PE majors in the normal university,the article,with the methods of documentation and questionnaire,is to analyze and approach the factors that affect track and field teaching,which indicate that student's poor capacity of self training, poorly built body,inadequete time for practice in spare time,no guarrantee of trainning conditions and insufficient teaching hours all have a varying impact on teaching result of track and field course,and then to put forward some concrete measurse to elevate teaching result in generally optional track and field course for PE majore in the normal university.
