在供应链管理中如何保持和客户之间的紧密关系对企业的长期发展来说相当重要。本文主要通过美国学者的一项研究来探讨沟通对于提高客户满意度与忠诚度的作用,并对国内企业实际操作中存在的问题做了分析。
In supply chain management it's important for a firm to know how to keep a close relationship with customers. Based on a research of an American scholar, this paper discusses the role of communication in increasing levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty and analyzes the problems in firms.
