摘要
本文运用知识发现技术对房屋租赁市场的价格进行了研究,以深圳市房屋租赁市场的商业用房为例,从众多考虑因素中选取了18项作为条件属性,运用含冲突的决策表中的决策规则发现方法对样本进行了数据分析,并对获取的决策规则进行了解释。
In this paper, knowledge discovery technology is applied in making price in house leasing market. We take ShenZhen's house leasing market as an example, among many factors 18 items are chosen as condition attributes. The method of decision rules discovery in conflict decision tables is applied in data analyzing, and the result is explained.
