摘要
目的建立固相反向间接血凝试验检测抗 HBs的抗独特型抗体的方法。方法用羊抗人IgG包被聚苯乙烯微孔板 (V型 ) ,捕捉血清中的抗 HBs的抗独特型抗体 (IgG) ,再加入抗 HBs致敏的血球 ,观察其凝集结果。结果对正常人血清标本 116例以及HBsAg阳性血清标本 10 2例进行了抗 HBs的抗独特型抗体检测 ,在HBsAg阳性血清标本中共检出抗 HBs的抗独特型抗体阳性标本 2 4例 ,阳性率为 2 3 7%。结论该方法具有简便、快速 ,又不需要特殊设备等优点。
Objective To establish a way through the experiment of solid phase reverse passive hemagglutination to test anti HBs.Methods To utilize polystryrene microtitre plate(v) covered by goat anti IgG and seize anti Id antibody of anti HBs in serum and then add anti HBs labelled SRBC(sheeos RBC) to observe the results.Result To conduct the test of anti Id of anti HBs through the serum of healthye pesons of 116 cases and 102 cases of serum of HBsAg positive.In the end,find 24 casesanti Id of anti HBs positive in serumof HBsAg positive.Conclusion This way is very simple,fast and doesn't need special devices.
