摘要
采用锤—砧急冷装置制备了厚0.05~0.07mmAg—Gd系列合金箔试样,冷却速度10~6K/s。采用X射线衍射分析和TEM观察确定合金相结构。亚稳过饱和固溶度达到5.0at%Gd。在快速凝固合金中形成Ag_3Gd六方结构亚稳相。快速凝固Ag—Gd合金具有明显固溶强化和时效强化效应,时效析出相为Ag_(51)Gd_(14)。根据本试验结果建立了快速凝固条件下富Ag端亚稳Ag—Gd相图略图。
The splat foils of Ag—Gd alloys with 0.05~0.07mm in thickness were made by hammer-anvil melt quenching technique, the cooling rate was in 10~6 K/s order of magnitude. The metastable extended solid solubility oi Gd in Ag reached 5.0 at% Gd under rapid soldification, which was much higher than that in equilibrium state (≈1.4 at%). A metastable intermediate phase with hexagonal lattice structure, Ag_3 Gd, was tound in rapidly-solidified Ag—Gd alloys. A stronger solid solution strenthening and age hardening response was observed, and the precipitate phase, which was responsible for age hardning, was identified to be Ag_(51) Gd_(14). A metastable silver-rich Ag—Gd phase diagram was established based on the experimental results in present work.
