摘要
介绍和比较17种水溶液镀铂槽液和电镀工艺,认为酸性P盐槽和硫酸二亚硝基亚铂酸槽的性能优于其它镀铂槽。
Seventeen kinds of electrolytes for the plating of platinum and electroplating processes were introduced and compared. It has been concluded that among these baths both the acid platinum diamino dinitrite (P sa(?)t) and the sulphato dinitrito platinous acid (DNS) baths appear preferable to others.
