摘要
罗丹明B是一种灵敏而有效的生物荧光染色剂,在分析化学中用于测定许多金属离子。本文合成并表征了钯—罗丹明B配合物,研究其对抗肿瘤活性的作用,认为该配合物可抑制Hep和Ec癌细胞的生长,而对带有上述二种癌细胞小鼠的体重无明显影响。
Rhodamine B, C_(28)H_(31)O_3N_2Cl, a sensitive and effective bio-cell dyeing material, has been found wide application in analytical chemistry for the determination of many metallic ions. But the synthesis of its Pd-complex has not been reported yet. In this paper, Pd-Rhodamine B complex is synthesized and characterized. Its effect on inhibiting the growth of Hep and Ec carcinogen cells is also briefly studied. It is found that the complex has no obvious effect on mouse weight with Hep or Ec cancer.
