摘要
该文从人口资源环境、可持续发展、国土资源重大战略问题布局、国土资源保护与合理利用、资源管理方式转变等方面,阐述了新时期国土规划的重要性。并探讨新时期我国国土规划的特点和国土规划工作。
The importance of the enterprise in the new times will be analyzed in this paper, which comes from three aspects as follows:how to implement the sustainable strategy through the harmony development of the population, the resources, and the environment;how to settle down the problem of the layout of the strategy concerned land resources, which aims at promoting the protection and the reasonable use of land resources, prompting the change of the management means of the land resources. Then the authors discuss the characteristics of Territorial Planning in new times, aiming at understanding and guiding the work of Territorial Planning in the new century.
