摘要
党的十五大强调要在全社会进一步加强社会主义精神文明建设 ,提出要把精神文明建设提高到更加突出的地位。社会主义精神文明建设必须坚持以马克思主义为指导 ,必须特别重视用邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装人 。
The fifteenth CCPC meeting emphasized further strengthening the socialistic spiritual civilization construction in the whole society, pointed out the importance of continuation of Marxism and the attention to Deng Xiaoping's socialism theory. The guidance of Marxism is the symbol of a developed nation, and the construction of socialism civilization based on Marxism and scientific theory is the basic rule, basic task, and basic requirement.
