A Study on School Teachers' Continuation Education

摘要 对当前我国中小学教师继续教育研究中的教师专业化、师范教育一体化、反思型教师的培养和继续教育培训形式等热点问题进行了探讨 。 The heated topics of teacher specialization, normal educational unify, cultivation of introspection teacher and continuing training are discussed. The paper indicates that we should pay attention to the problems in carrying continual education.
